The kit worked well. The parts fit exactly and it's very obvious where they go. I used plumbers' solvent cement (about £7 from Screwfix) rather than the liquid acetone. The cement is a gel that can be brushed on thickly and holds the parts in place until they are clamped. I would recommend using a mini grinder (as shown on the web site) to remove the paint. I used a sanding wheel on an electric drill. This worked, but a mini grinder would have been easier and more accurate.

    yeah, it does the trick for sure. Just follow instructions and it will work better as before. Those clips are from more durable plastic. Could be a little cheaper.
