    Latitude D-Series External Optical Drive

    This enclosure with optical drive works with older Dell Latitude D400 series laptops. I use it in an old Latitude D410 which is quite small (12 inch screen) and does not have an optical drive. The cable plugs into a connector on the left side that is half-USB & half d-bay connector.

    It doesn't fit with into the USB port. Wasted my money. I can't do anything with now

    It clearly states that it plugs into the USB port. That was a lie. I wasted my money and now it is useless to me.
