    OEM factory sealant

    Product was exactly what I what I expected. I know other aftermarket sealants could have worked as well but I wanted to use the same stuff Toyota uses at the factory. I repaired a coolant leak on my 2006 Tundra (water bypass housing) I had the luxury of time so I let it sit over night and it has worked perfectly. Great product!

    If you need it....

    This is the gasket material that Toyota recommends for water pump installation in older vehicles, but.. the new replacement water pumps come with a gasket that already has sealant applied so you may not need this anymore. Do your research before buying and save some bucks!

    OE recommended FIPG

    Great FIPG material. Allows one to apply the material immediately assemble the parts and fill the system with coolant I normally allow the sealant to cure for a couple hours before starting the engine and bringing the system to normal temp. I have not used this material for any other application.

    All components were in the box, and I have used about half the tube on oil pan and timing cover and it performed as I hoped.

    This is the sealant that you need when you are doing water pumps in old models or timing cover re-seal in new ones only in the coolant area between the cover and the engine block
