Product Information

An American remake of a popular British sitcom, the 1990s television series MEN BEHAVING BADLY provided a hilarious, testerone-laden glimpse into the masculine psyche. Ron Eldard (ER) anchored the series as Kevin, a red-blooded male wavering between the grownup appeal of his steady girlfriend, Sarah (Justine Bateman, FAMILY TIES), and the slobby boorishness of his archetypically slacker roommate, Jamie (Rob Schneider,SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE). Boasting its fair share of toilet humor, the series both celebrated and parodied all things male with political incorrectness and jokes about beer and boobs. This collection satisfies the short-lived series' cult following with every episode of its two-season run.

    Men Behaving Badly - SITCOM OUTRAGEOUSNESS

    This is the sitcom that COULDN'T last because it let too many weasels out of the box! Kevin and Jaime in the bachelor flat, bachelor mode, BACHELOR MADNESS! Here's all the dark humor that usually stays hidden about girlfriends and relationships, mindless TV watching and trivial pursuits, bad food habits and of course BEER, BEER, BEER and more BEER. Follow Kevin and Jaime through their spasms and twitches as they dry hump reality while poking fun at each other and everything else that presents itself. Kevin's live in girlfriend and the girl across the hall present constant bones of contention while the boys DO THEIR BEST TO ADVANCE THE PETER PAN WAY with as little effort and stress as possible!     Men Behaving Badly - Not ALL Male Bashing. . .

    This was a fun "blast to the past" was indeed a short-lived series & everything I remembered about the American version of a British Comedy. My Wife & I love to chortel over the hilarity of stupid comedy, this makes no exception. This is clever at times (& sometimes disgusting), but truly is something you should consider adding to your D.V.D. collection. The fact that Justine Bateman has such a clever way of making her boyfriend look, well - - not too intelligent - - without saying he's a yutz is priceless. It's kind of like, if you are male, then we are laughing at ourselves. Even if you don't sink to these 2 Lads' level, YOU as a MAN can understand where some of THEIR thoughts come from! My Wifey exclaims: "How do you live with yourselves?", I retort - - "I've got no problem with ...

    men behaving badly complete series

    This was one of my favorite shows from the mid-nineties. Each episode has some laugh out loud qualities to them. My wife had never seen the show prior to my buying the dvd. Sometimes she tries not to laugh at it but she usually ends up laughing. The show has a lot of sexually suggestive themes so I would not recommend for younger children. It has a lot of boy bathroom humor but it is funny! I am still watching the first season with the original cast members. I remember that they switched one of the main characters for the second season and it wasn't as funny but still good. If you can get it for a good price like I did on ebay, it is worth the price for the first season alone. I am glad they finally got it to dvd. I had forgotten how funny it is. Seinfeld is my all-time favorite ...

    Men Behaving MAGNIFICENTLY!!

    Finally, after years of waiting, it is so good to have these episodes on DVD. This show was so well written, it could be released today back onto network TV and outperform some of the inane comedies we see currently. Schneider and Eldard are truly comic genius in most of the episodes, until Eldard left to star on ER...and his replacement Marino is also very good. Justine Bateman's dry delivery, which seems to be her natural demeanor, is a perfect foil for the guys zani antics. Dina Spybey as the shrill neighbor is so funny as she avoids Schneider's advances, truly a casting miracle to bring all of these talents together. Its only 2 seasons worth of shows, and the cost is minimal to pick these up, do yourself a favor and buy these for your collection - you will be glad you did!

    Men Behaving Badly Sitcom Review

    This show is truly a lost gem. Men Behaving Badly was in it's time, a premier "guy humor" comedy, on a scale equal to "Two and a Half Men" today. Starring Rob Schneider(Deuce Bigalow, The Animal) , Justine Bateman (Family Ties), and some other guy, the story was about two guy roommates, best friends,and the conflict between them and the one guy's (not Rob's) girlfriend. Rumor had it the original cast broke up because Justine couldn't deal with Rob Schneider on the set. He was too obnoxious. Too bad, because this show was hilarious and could've gone on for years.
