    Accurate, easy to use tax program

    I file my own taxes and have used H&R Block Deluxe for many years. It prompts you for all information it needs to file an accurate return. My return involved itemized deductions, qualified dividends, capital gains, sales of stock, qualified charitable distributions. Also, an added benefit has been that you can call or visit a local H&R Block business and they help you with any problem.

    Normally no problems with the H&R Block product.

    While making an entry, the system stated that if I changed something in the gray area, that I would not be able to make an electronic filing of my taxes to the IRS. There was no other way to change this entry (according to the IRS.GOV site), other then the way I did it.

    Inexpensive with lots of good features

    The software was easy to use and functioned very well. I only encountered one frustrating problem and that was trying to remove a temporary override field. The help files didn't work and it took many tedious steps of trial and error to finally accomplish it.
