I emailed the seller one time, and they contacted me very quickly. The snorkel kit is very high quality. I was very surprised to see how well the parts were packed and shipped. They were wrapped individually and heavy duty paper, then the individual parts were packed in paper to protect it. I've ordered $1,000 products that were not packed this well. We all want things right now so the lead time maybe a little frustrating, but the end result is 100% worth it. Seller and kit are top notch �� %
