It's a very uncommon, metric thread/size that NO ONE carries. So had to find and purchase another new faucet to complete the install. Perhaps communicating to the manufacturer this could be an issue? I even tried special order. The system is working perfectly. Water pressure great. Even happier these systems could be used to filter water into my fridge is even better.

The damaged box was Not the shippers fault. I have not installed it yet but it looks very similar to the one that I am replacing. The fittings are a different size and I will have to make a trip to the hardware store to get the fittings and then I can install it. I was supplied with a tracking number and the item shipped very quickly.
