      works at the gym

      I bought this to listen to the fm tv audio at the gym. It works pretty good. Reception changes or there is interference in some locations, gets a little static in one treadmill area and clears up in another. Sound quality is good if there is no interference. You need to have the antenna wire or wired earphones to listen to the external speaker. I like the presets so I can watch and listen to two tvs if I want and skip the commercials by just pressing the up or down arrow to get the next preset. Programming is easy once you learn how to do it.

      Only good for bigger city where the radir singel is close

      The Radio Single on the FM only good for less then 40 miles , AM good for about 70 miles. Its is very handy to carry with you ! It's is easy to carry and the belt hook is sound and sturdy maybe a little to sturdy. Battery life unknown at this time !

      Great little radio

      It's pretty tough. I drop it occasionally, but it withstood everything for years before I bought another. I don't need a speaker as I just use buds, and wish they made the same features without the speaker. No biggy. Great radio.

      A handy durable little radio with clear sound

      This was a replacement for the Sangean I inherited from my brother. That one lasted 8 years and was used everyday. Very clear audio and locks onto signal well. I like the auto shut off feature, it saves money on batteries. This little radio is higher priced than some radios but well worth it in quality and durability. I suggest you upgrade the earbuds.

      Small,very handy and great reception

      This is my second one.the first one was getting old so I decided to buy a new one. this one works well when it works, it works if you put pressure on the front of the case or one of the buttons. There was no damage to the bubble pack or the packaging,so I assume it was a loose connection from factory.I am a fanatic for radios, and these are excellent radios, this one just happens to have something loose in it.
