Entro 10 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento del bene acquistato, l’acquirente potrà esercitare il diritto di recesso ai sensi dell’art. 5 del D.lgs. 185/1999.

Il recesso deve essere esercitato, entro il termine di 10 gg. dal ricevimento dei beni acquistati, mediante la spedizione di una lettera raccomandata A/R all’indirizzo dove è ubicata la sede della venditrice.

L’acquirente dovrà provvedere a spedire con le modalità indicate qui di seguito e comunque entro 10 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento del bene, il bene stesso senza che lo stesso venga utilizzato e con il sigillo ancora integro, perché in caso di uso viene meno il diritto di recesso. Unitamente al bene venduto l’acquirente dovrà restituire anche gli eventuali manuali e quant’altro fornito dalla Radiosurplus Elettronica.
