I have horrible experience with this seller. I politely contact them and ask for refund according to the eBay guideline. The watch is in original package and did not get used yet. The seller is refusing to refund me the full amount. They are scammers and dishonest sellers. Please do NOT buy this. The items description is misleading and deceiving. The watch will only be functioning but not in its full capacity nor safety as the Apple company has stopped supporting this model. DON’T be fooled!!!!!

Thank you for your feedback. The buyer purchased two brand new Apple Watches and used them for 19 days. They then contacted us and advised us that they no longer wanted them because Apple no longer supported updates, which has been the case for nearly two years. We advised the buyer that since the item was sold brand new factory sealed and returned in used condition that they would qualify for a partial refund pursuant to eBay guidelines. They then left retaliatory negative feedback.

    Oopps I bought the wrong one but they do make a great product and I wish that I could use it cost too much to send it back so I'm just going to keep it I'm going to buy another one as soon as I can figure it out which one it is that I need I have the LG K20 cell phone so since I can figure out which OtterBox with clip I need I order it thanks

    This us my second case in under a year.

    First case lasted less than a year. It cracked in the top right corner several months ago. Then it started separating from the plastic screen protector. After the right side cracked down about half of the case. I finally had to replace the case because I was afraid it was just going to fall apart and I would drop my phone. Hopefully this one lasts longer than a year. If not won't be buying Otterbox again.
