They were posted using soft corrugated cardboard with a coating of light weight plastic similar to a bin bag. There was no stiff support and clearly during transport something has put pressure on them and without protection, they bent. I wrote to the company to suggest future orders could be supported by taping the aluminium rails to a length of wood / bamboo or enclosed in a stiff plastic tube, no reply.
