We're really quite unsure what this buyer is referring to in their negative feedback. This buyer made purchase of an item which required communication from them to let us know which two items from the four options they were ordering. After reaching out multiple times to them to know what they were wanting to receive, and not hearing anything back, we had no choice but to cancel their order and refunded them their money in full, explaining they're more than welcome to re-order if they wanted to.
