Seller sent shoes with large deep scuff marks, clearly visible with even a 10 second prior inspection, completely unrepariable, seller claimed it happened during shipment and that some polish would take care of it, impossible as it has a chunk of leather missing in the front. Then offered discount to keep them. Bait and switch? Seller has had return for 4 days and still waiting on refund. Unsatisfactory experience to say the least.

My package was delivered to my neighbor who lives two houses down from us and went unnoticed by them for two days. My neighbor finally noticed that they had an unexpected box on their front porch.
