I encountered challenges with my first purchase on eBay. Before the item was shipped, I realized it didn’t meet my expectations based on its described conditions. Despite communication with the seller for return, the item was shipped anyway without a return option available. Even when I saw the item, I tried to ask the seller for return as it didn’t meets my needs.
Based on this experience, it appears the seller don’t prioritize customer satisfaction as there was no flexibility shown.
