The parts were new and correct, but the packaging was not appropriate, and one fan got bumped and damaged in shipping (i assume). it was not cost effective for me to return it. Since the damage was only to the casing of the fan, i could dissamble it and use the one from the old worn out fan. It was a gamble and extra work, but turn out ok. This seller needs to improve his packaging skills.
