A great book for DS9 fans, but not a comprehensive list of the Rules.
Star Trek Legends of the Ferengi is a book that expands on the Rules of Acquisition that viewers of Deep Space Nine have seen crop up fairly regularly. It is written from the point of view of Quark who is relaying what is basically akin to an Aesop parable for the Ferengi. They are short stories (usually just a page or 2), which end in the moral being the particular Rule of Acquisition they are looking at. These stories are quick, cute, and since they come from a Ferengi perspective often turn out different than you would expect from a human story. The short nature of each piece and the fact that they are not dependant upon each other means you can open the book up to any page and read a quick bit of story, perfect if you have only a short time. Sadly, like it's predecessor, "The Rules ... Star Trek Legends of the Ferengi is a book that expands on the Rules of Acquisition that viewers of Deep Space Nine have seen crop up fairly regularly. If you are not a fan of Star Trek and don't know what a razor-toothed greeworm is or what oo-mox means then you might want to give this book a pass.
