I cannot give perfect ratings as I have had to return the pegs and source some from elsewhere but I am confident that this seller is a genuine seller of quality goods, and has behaved honestly and professionally. I would buy from him again.

A proforma email just telling it's delayed is not good enough a better explanation including why it is delayed would be appreciated and would reduce frustration.
