Item was listed as a larger size but after it shipped seller said the larger size was out and refunded me just over a dollar...? The box was beat up and there was mark on the productive someone had used the spatula to pull a small bit out. I kept the product and it works just fine. I could have gotten the same product locally for around the same price brand new, untouched.

I am appalled that you would say the item was tampered with. It was brand new never opened. The seal was intact. If I would receive a product that was tampered with, I would have returned immediately. The fact that you decided to keep the product tells me, it wasn't tampered with at all. Please don't spread accusations. It's not flattering.
