This printer is NOT brand new. The printer was not sealed in the original packaging. Power cord, parts, etc. all were unwrapped. There was even an old toner cartridge in the printer and it is leaking toner dust. Definitely a used product. Messaged the seller, never provided a return label or a refund. Will report this to eBay. Buyer Beware!!!!!
