After communicating with the seller they showed me that they state in their item description that the caps do not come with screws because they do not know if Black Rhino will send the black color matched screws or the stainless colored screws like I received. They handled my issue very fairly and promptly. I over reacted with my initial negative rating. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again.
