Product arrived as described. The shipping took longer than if was supposed to. Seller’s FAQ says it will ship within 3 days and it took over a week. This wouldn’t have been a problem for me, but it was concerning so I sent quick little message to ask about the delay and never received an answer. It randomly shipped a few days later. It’s an expensive item so the lack of communication was just a little bit frustrating and scary
