    The item was described as new, but when I received the package, the seal on the box was broken showing that it had been opened. The product showed signs of use such as water stains on the glass, a pen mark on the base and some wear on the bottom of the kettle. The product was in a good condition, but definitely not new. I messaged the seller and they were quick to offer a partial refund as compensation. While I appreciate the compensation, I felt deceived as we were looking for a new product.

    Good machine for the price.

    I like this machine, however, there is one problem. I am used to the original Food Saver that accomodates larger bags. I ended up buying the larger machine as well.

    Works Great

    Wanted to use a few times before submitting a review. Wanted this because it was small and just about everything fits in the 8" bags. Like the separate heat option when using the roll and vacuum settings. No more pressing down when sealing because the operate option locks it down. Way better than my older food storage unit. Looks like the gasket will last longer.
