Needs some adjustment after installation
I bought this to replace the malfunctioned switch in my air compressor. After installing this new pressure switch, it did not work properly. After it cut out, air just bursted out violently until it cut in again. This went on repeatedly. I then noticed that the cut out pressure was too high and after playing with the two pressure adjusting screws, I finally got it to work properly. Looks like either the cut-in/cut-out pressures were not preset properly or they were changed during handling or shipping.I bought this to replace the malfunctioned switch in my air compressor. it was the least expensive. proved easy to install. starts at 95 psi and stops at 125 psi. that all i expected from this switch. should i elaborate? no.
