Just as described, but shipping cost was significantly higher than actual cost. Lightweight item, so for $17.05 I expected good packaging and a quick shipping service. Instead they were just rolled into a plastic bag and being shipped via a slow method - 6 days to get after USPS received them. Item was great, shipping a total rip off.
