those are not the shoes were send to our customers. why did not provide the photos of the actually shoes received? we never received a single message about the problem with the order. he did not even made a request to return the item. if there is a problem, please contact us. obviously this person has evil intentions. the shoes are made out of real leather. if you do not like the shoes, you can always send it back for a full refund. we offer free returns...
