The 2.0L and 2.2L Crankshaft share the same part number and can be interchanged. The 2.4L crankshaft uses a different part number. Buyer was convinced that we did not sell him a 2.2L crankshaft.
I shared the different dimensions and part number of the 2.0L, 2.2L, and 2.4L to the buyer. After deducing that he attempted to install 2.4L components on a 2.2L crankshaft, I offered to exchange the 2.0L/2.2L crankshaft he bought, with a 2.4L crankshaft. Buyer refused to work with me.
