They sent me wrong item and I have sent them pics showing what I purchased it takes 1 month to receive the wrong item. What I thought I was receiving was not entirely what I got (probably my fault for not doing more research) Response was "acceptable" if slow through eBay "forget about actually talking to a person on the phone".
