Second, High End Audio Auctions answered all my questions quickly and succinctly. I will certainly trade with them again. The amp was packed in the manufacturer's unopened and unmolested packaging. Had I bought it direct from English Acoustics I would not have received a better product, but I would have paid more than $3,200 more. Excellent!!!!
