So far, worst customer experience! I ordered two universal magnetic jack pads, got one set. Contacted seller. Seller ignoledged that they made mistake. I just wanted another set to be shipped to me. Nope, seller dig in that my only option is refund, regardless that same item is still sold from their side. First time I have used this item, magnets came out. Both magnets and teflon strip are just pressed in, and not glued. The hole is oversized for magnets, parts are junk!

These look like nice parts but they fall apart when you use them. The plastic strip falls out of the red aluminum block and then the magnets pull out of the white plastic bar. They can be disassembled and glued back together. I recommend gluing them before first use so that you don't lose the magnets under your car. I have another set of these that look similar but have never fallen apart so I'm guessing they are glued together from the factory. These are usable once repaired.
