This was the first of 3 knives recently ordered from Kasey, and as usual they're great! Was even refunded partial shipping charges as they were deemed unnecessary! Communication was good shipping was fast Packaging was good. However the product was not. But let me emphasize this is NO FAULT OF THE SELLER!!!!!. The product was unopened and was made in China the Red Band painted around it was more black than red the seller could not know this because the package was never opened buy them. Everything else about the transaction was spot on no complaints at all. The item description was right it was the actual product from the manufacturer that was wrong.
