    Great book

    It looks like the book had gotten wet at some point. Not in the best shape but no damage to the readings. The message is more important than the physical appearance.

I chose this book to accompany my other daily meditation books because it has insights into the despair of addictions. The messages inside reinforce the basic principles of Narcotics Anonymous and will help to cope with todays problems so you can stay chemical free and live by Gods will.

    Very simple, no stories per say but great points made

    I think this is a great "simple" book and great for daily reminders of how to stay sober...I feel it would be a great book for someone just beginning the process...but good reading for anyone who may want a little something good to focus their day on!
