Very professional and knowledgable and I can call back with questions. Never worn a hearing device before, more comforable than ear buds. Getting used to the 3 different choices to help with hearing situations. No feedback or whistlng if used as stated, snug in the ear. Love them so far! THE NERVE OF SOME PEOPLE, THE AIDS WORK FINE, HOWEVER THE USER HAS PROFOUND HEARING LOSS. HE FAILED TO MENTION THAT I SENT HIM A MORE POWERFUL HEARING AID AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. HE NEVER GAVE ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO HELP HIM FROM THE START, LEFT ME NEGATIVE FEEDBACK THEN CALLED ME TO SEE WHAT I CAN DO TO HELP HIM.
