    Seller like this is why I continue to buy from eBay. When things go wrong, you always hope the seller will stand behind the sale and take care of the issue as they did in this case. The product was new (as advertised), still in factory sealed package. However the item was defective, most likely in manufacturing and unusable. The seller apologized even though they could not have known without opening and installing the product. They promptly issued a refund.
