Wow. I'm impressed. I had ordered and payed for an ignition coil pack. They messaged me back saying it turns out they didn't have that part but they could supply me a substitute of similar quality if that would be acceptable to me. I said yes and they sent me a part that is better quality which sells for a higher price but they didn't charge me any more than I had payed already. I received the part in Calgary the following evening, installed it and it works perfectly.

    not happy !

    i purchased for the name Cloyes as they have been in the automotive business for a long time, making quality parts. i knew i was paying more for it compared to the off the shelf big box stores that are made in china, and to my disappointment, the high dollar set from cloyes is also made in china, i don't have any ill will at china, it's more towards the american companies that left the u.s.a. as their products are the same quality that i could of bought from the big box stores at half the cost
