So from what I can tell it seems to be factory sealed but there is a nek in the box like as if it hit something and broke the seal a little bit
So I have to be honest I can’t tell 100 percent I don’t want to risk opening it if it was 100 percent truly sealed

PCB has a little corrosion but otherwise in good shape and as shown in pictures. I wish there had been pictures of the PCB in the listing but that's on me. Shipped relatively fast and well packaged.
