Huge waste of time and money. Now I'm stuck in the middle of this game when I have to prove the product I returned was the same or not damaged by me when it came broken in the first place. The package is currently sitting somewhere in Toronto being misplaced by Canada Post and I get to wait for my money while they all try to figure out what the hell is going on. It's almost like they were holding a grudge because I returned their unreliable product. Unfortunate for them, I could have been a regular buyer but they chose to screw me over instead. It's bad enough that buyers have to deal with the average no-name seller on eBay bur it's ridiculous when it's a "certified refurbished seller" treating honest buyers like garbage.
