    A Few Fun Spots, But Never Offered the Whole Enchilada

    The Ex started off pretty cute and ending in 77 minutes but it never really took off anywhere worth going. This was truly a disappointment to me, yet, if you sit back and watch all the alternate endings, then you just might think that they had all the parts to make it a better movie but just couldn't put the the pieces of this big puzzle together well enough to make the audience make sense out of it. Yes indeed, these are the pitfalls in movie making. Zach Braff ("Scrubs"), Amanda Peet ("Studio 60..") and Jason Bateman ("Arrested Development") help this little film just over an average score. Even though their characters are pretty shallow, they put in a good performance and partly succeed in making you forget about the shabby script. There are a couple of funny moments, but without ...

    Hilarious- I always like Jason Bateman characters...In this movie he doesn't play the usual nice guy. Don't expect anything deep, it's a crazy comedy! Loved it 👍

    The Ex is a pretty damn funny movie...It was funnier than what i thought it was going to be!!! We were bored one day and rented it. I was not to thrilled about it...but look at us now...we just bought it! It is hilarious!! Buy this movie!!!

    Entertaining

    Not exactly what I expected, but it kept me entertained. I was a little frustrated with the plot, but I laughed a lot. The story isn't too original because the main guy 'gets picked on' byt the bad guy. I love everything with Zach Braff, but this movie was a bit disappointing.
