I guess I will re-purchase with someone not using that shipper. Shipment went from on-time delivery to out for delivery to never delivered and now, no one can tell me where they went. FedEx customer service lied and told me it would be put out for special delivery and that never happened either.

They advise they have a five (business) day processing time. A bit inconvenient if you ask me. When they finally shipped the item, the package had been tampered with/opened while in transit and the item was missing. I thought I might have a long fight getting my money refunded but surprisingly, they issued a refund the following day.
