The headlamp was exactly as described and works perfectly. The only caveat about the device is that the batteries do not indicate when they are fully charged. I've been using it in the OR all day however, and battery life hasn't been an issue. For the money this is very hard to beat, and I'm very pleased. The buying experience was also fantastic!
