Seller handled things not very professionally. Loosely packaged 4 bowls, one of them arrived damaged, broken into pieces. I reached out and sent photos I took during unpacking, seller barely responded. Later, they agreed to refund $10, but that already 2 days ago, nothing happened, they even haven’t give an apology throughout all communication. I’m not attempt to go after that $10, but the experience was quite unpleasant. I bought 3 times from them, but ever again.
