The shipping address provided by the buyer was incorrect so the item was returned via USPS
Also told buyer to add more shipping but buyer requested that which is against eBay policy buyer gave me wrong feedback
I have also given a full refund to the buyer and now they are not removing the negative feedback given to me wrongly
