The item was just as pictured- in fact the condition was better than the images would have you believe. Though the description was incorrect it was not an issue. The price was right. Packaging was done with a lot of effort. Shipping costs were 'as expected'. The shipping time was 'as expected'. To date there has been no need for communication - thus the low rating; I can't say.
