The "HomeSeer HS-WV100+ Z Wave Valve Controller for 3/4 Water Line" was in better condition that described, it should have been "open box never used". The packing was also better than depicted in the photo, it was packed in plenty of balled paper. I fully tested the controller and valve, all good. My only complaint is shipping cost, Ebay should show that as the price, not make the seller look bad. Seller shipped promptly.
