    Grande Illusions by Tom Savini

    Tom Savini is a pioneer from the good bad old days of cinema horror – the days when the blinders came off and the floodgates were thrown open. The days just before computer generated images took over and collectively cheated us all out of being able to believe our own eyes anymore. Savini was a brilliant exponent, a dark sorcerer of the cinemacabre at a time when the world seemed to need what the cinematic expression of horror movie images was producing in them. Grande Illusions, is a must have for fans and special effects artists alike.

    Grande Illusions by Tom Savini

    This is a wonderful book. It is a very helpful reference for anyone working or simply interested in Special FX. Not to mention it hi-lights one of the greatest horror movie effects masters, Tom Savini. A must have for any horror movie, Tom Savini, or Special FX fan!
