Item was as described, but not packaged particularly well and unfortunately was bent. It definitely shipped out as described because the the cardboard envelope inside the mailer was bent the same way. Fortunately it did not crease and can be flattened, I think. Otherwise it shipped quickly and at a fair price. Would probably buy from them again, but I would ask them to be a little more thorough with the packaging.
