I ordered what I thought was a keyboard key replacement “kit“! You would think that a kit means all replacement keys on the keyboard, right? No it wasn’t. He sent me one single key of the keyboard, and still charged me full price. At first I laughed because I thought it was a joke and a scam but then I realized that he literally was selling single keys off of keyboard for eight dollars each. That description on his item to sell was completely deceptive. He should’ve said single keys for sale

GREAT Seller communication. Item was exactly as described and my keyboard is back at 100% functionality.
Only thing I'd recommend is slightly more official-looking packaging (a printed address label?), or perhaps a note in the package that indicates the contents/the ebay seller info. It was securely packaged, no damage to the item, but it was just a regular envelope with a few layers of seemingly random paperboard, tape, other insulation - it didn't look official and it took a bit to identify.
