Firstly, Express shipping was not honored (but I got reimbursed for the additional shipping cost), resulting in additional time for the iPad to arrive. Second, the charger and cable in the box are NOT compatible, as it is a small old-style USB A charger, with a Lightning and USB C cable. So I cannot charge the iPad at all for two reasons. It did cost me an extra $40 to get a charger and cable. Too bad as I had high hopes.

I got it one day later than mentioned, because of a snowstorm where I live, no big deal. Great value for a brand new iPad 9th gen, as it will be able to handle more IOS updates, past 18. The quality and appearance are spotless and the battery life is amazing! Much better experience with this seller than those on Amazon, where I was sold a damaged item.
