It has markings for the Chinese market and has serial number 927958500249... which is either a coincidence or a sign it's not really OEM because it's two digits from 927958500217, which was seen in the wild a year ago. Still, as long as it keeps working and doesn't overheat, I'll take it as a win!

I bought 2 of these and they do connect multiple controllers each and have a fair amount less latency than with bluetooth. They're easy to use as you can either press the sync button on the side of the adapter or add controllers through the additional devices section from the Windows settings menu.
