Sadly, despite the excellent packaging, my item arrived broken. But I was bowled over by the vendor’s response. She immediately refunded my entire purchase price, including shipping, no questions asked. When I offered to return the item to her, she told me just to keep it and possibly have it repaired, since it’s still a lovely and well-made piece. Fast shipping I was hoping both lots would’ve been put into the same package to save on shipping as I won 2 lots but they were put into 2 separate packages. I think I would’ve saved money since they were all very small items and could’ve fit into one package. Other than that the items arrived safe. Also the earrings were listed as vintage earrings and they were not they were all new earrings and were of poor quality. I wish I would’ve known they were new as I was hoping for vintage earrings
