    the fan case is too small, so the fan doesn't spin.

    I bought one, and all seemed well, everything ran right and detected correctly, but I noticed my fan wasn't spinning... It eventually overheated and shut my PC down. I took it out and inspected it, the fan is hard to turn with my finger even. I can't open it up because the screws are stripped. I can't tell if the fan is even trying to move or if it's just that tight. There's no way to replace the fan either.
